This is a very nice colorful decorating book. However it is not for beginners. Its filled with festive cookie ideas and unique cakes that would be excitement to any experienced decorator. The beginning of the book focuses on recipes as well as tools, and equipment you need to enlighten the projects in the book. Cookies such as the prefatory sugar cookies or the base ginger bread cookie, it also show you tools and equipment that are portentous into baking such as adult rolling pin, trigger off pad, dog tool, assorted round cutters, flower nail, pastry bag, bighearted and small spatial, decorating brushes, cooks sheet and much more. The following section moves into the doctoring mind of cookie baking. They have recipes for royal icing, how to decorate all trenchant styles. Then the book then covered cupcakes, like how to spew the basic of ones with just royal icing to some with fondant, to buttercream flowers or marzipan flowers, they are not they normal cupcakes your grandmother would nominate .
